Sijoitusasuntovahti Oy (business ID: 3354444-2) is a licensed real estate agency specializing in investment properties. All brokerage activities are conducted through Sijoitusasuntovahti Oy.
LKV Mikko Niemelä is the nurse in charge.
Each investment apartment is priced separately. The key factor in pricing is the investor's regional yield requirement. We only sell investment apartments that are already rented out. The basis for determining the price is discussed with the customer in a joint meeting.
If we cannot agree on the price of the apartment, we will not list it.
We only deal with investment apartments or investment properties that are already rented out. If the apartment or investment property is not rented out or is only partially rented out, we can help with the rental process.
In most cases, the sale takes place only after the property has been leased and the price has been determined on a yield basis.
Our brokerage fee for investment properties is a fixed €3,500, including VAT. In addition, we charge €300 for documentation costs. For larger portfolios or entire properties, we price our services on a case-by-case basis.
We broker investment properties throughout Finland.
We primarily market apartments to our own customer register. In addition, we use paid and organic advertising on social media for marketing purposes when necessary, and we also make extensive use of our networks.
Investment properties for sale are not advertised on Etuovi or Oikotie portals, nor on any other well-known property marketplaces.
