Orimattilan Asunnot Oy sold its properties in Orimattila

Orimattilan Asunnot Oy has sold three apartment buildings located at Koulutie 7 A and 7 B and Koulutie 18. 

Koulutie 18 was completed as student accommodation in 1989 and has 27 shared apartments. Koulutie 7 A and 7 B were completed in 1968 and have a total of 32 apartments. The new owner of the properties is Horisontti Group Oy. 

Both parties are satisfied with the deals made. Horisontti Group Oy has strong expertise in real estate business, negotiations with them went smoothly, and we found a reliable new owner for the properties.

The properties will remain in rental use as before. The rental agreements will be transferred to the new owner on the same terms and conditions.

The sale of properties is one part of Orimattilan Asunnot's efforts to balance its finances. A large part of the company's property portfolio is in need of renovation. In the current challenging economic situation, it is not possible for the company to renovate several properties. 

We develop our properties in a considered manner by selling, demolishing, and renovating our property portfolio.

The contracting parties will not disclose the purchase price of the sold properties.
