A new beginning for the Mäntymäki terraced housing company – Siilinjärvi development project
Horisontti Group acquired a housing company consisting of four terraced houses in Mäntymäki, Siilinjärvi.
The apartments, which originally required renovation, were given a new lease of life with the refurbishment of the domestic water system, energy efficiency improvements, and apartment renovations.
The company's resident profile was important to us. We wanted to ensure that families with children had a comfortable and safe environment to live in. As a result, the larger family apartments, which were vacant when the renovation began, were completely renovated and sold to owner-occupiers. These homes now offer their new residents a modern and comfortable living environment.
The renovation and refurbishment of the domestic water system was carefully planned and carried out with the families' everyday lives in mind.
The residents were able to stay in their homes throughout the renovation and did not have to move into temporary accommodation. This meant that the renovations did not disrupt the families' daily lives.
Horisontti Group targeted the sale of smaller apartments in Mäntymäki at residential investors.
